They have been my insurance company on both my homes for over 20 years. Let me tell you when it comes to Clarity helpfulness and intelligence they are the only ones to use. They never spin you in circles and they take the time to explain everything even if they have to do it over and over again. I tend to forget things as I have too much going on and they are always so kind about reminding me or sending documentation or explaining things. They respond immediately. In today's world so many companies take days to respond and they are always and I mean always respond immediately. Over the last 20 years they have made me feel like I am their only client. There are many insurance companies pulling out of Florida and many insurance companies that will play with the prices and confuse you and they do not. They have been steadfast, helpful, intelligence and always and I mean always with a happy disposition. Come to think of it I have been in my home almost 30 years so they have been my insurance company for a very very long time. I hear from my friends all the problems they have with their insurance companies and I have never and I mean never had a problem. They have always been so very helpful to me time and time again. I know this review is getting long and I apologize. I think when you find someone that good you really want to let others know. I think the difference is that they really love what they do and to them it's not just a job. I invite you to message me if you have any questions about them.

Over the years with increased easy access to the internet and Apps popping up everywhere I got into the habit of doing things myself when it came to finding travel, getting a mortgage or getting insurance. But when I found myself struggling with sky high rates for car insurance with the addition of my teenage kids a few years ago I grew exasperated at the monthly costs and even when I “shopped around” the quotes were even higher. I finally decided to relent and let the “experts” do their job and contacted an insurance agency directly and OMG! am I ever thankful I did! The white agency in Waterford Lakes has come highly recommended for years, through my neighbors, through my church, through social media and I don’t know why I didn’t turn to them sooner! When I finally did, not only was I met with a quick, professional and kind response but they (Janet) were able to find the best quote for me and I was able to SAVE money, and not just a few dollars, like almost a couple of hundred! That changed everything for me and my budget and I could not be anymore happier and truly grateful! I’m so happy with their business and am looking forward to this connection for years to come - they’ve got my trust!
